This kit is good for both constipation and diarrhea!  This kit is a great to have on hand at home!  Let’s start with general enzyme digestive support in Zypan and A-C Carbamide to help balance fluid levels.  Daily Bind helps reduce free radicals that are wreaking havoc and quiets the system.  Specific to diarrhea, use Bentonite Clay to help slow the flow, and follow up with the MegaMag to replenish nutrients and quiet the gut.  For constipation, use Bowel Mover and MagPak to get things going and balanced out.  Release oil should be rubbed on your abdomen to help stimulate release of muscle spasms.For all oils, be sure to use them in a carrier oil to prevent irritation.
